Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space just for you—a time to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with professional support. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy provides a structured yet flexible approach to understanding yourself and making meaningful changes.
Sessions last 60 minutes and are tailored to your needs. In our work together, we will explore the patterns that shape your life, identify obstacles that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness, ensuring that therapy is both evidence-based and deeply personal.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and the duration of treatment varies depending on your goals. Some people benefit from short-term therapy focusing on specific challenges, while others prefer longer-term work to explore deeper emotional patterns. We will regularly check in to make sure therapy is helping you in a way that feels right for you.
