How it works

  1. Reach out. You drop me an email, or give me a call. We set up a time for our first chat - a free initial consultation to see if we're a good fit.

  1. First session. This is where we get to know each other. You share what's going on, what brought you to therapy. I listen, ask a few questions, and we start to map out what your journey might look like.

  1. Progress & Growth. Over time, you'll start to notice changes. Maybe you'll handle stress better, or understand your feelings more, or just feel happier in your day-to-day. This is growth in action, and it's what therapy's all about.

  1. Regular session. These are weekly one-on-one sessions (usually 45 minutes) where we dive deeper into your experiences and work towards your goals. Each session is a space for you to express yourself freely, explore your thoughts and feelings, and gain new insights.

Remember, this journey is unique to you. Everyone's therapy experience is different, because we're all different. But however your journey unfolds, I'll be right there with you, helping you navigate through it all. So, ready to give it a shot? Let's get started!
